
I am interested in applied stochastic
optimization for decision making problems involving single and
multiple (noncooperative) players in a variety of interdisciplinary
fields including deregulated power market design and large-scale
pandemic outbreak impact mitigation. I am also involved in
developing bedside decision making tools for better disease
diagnosis and treatment planning with applications in cancer
care. I currently direct a NSF funded GK-12 grant aimed toward
infusing engineering and science in elementary (K-5) curriculum.
