Page 4: Equation 1.3 should read as u in the denominator instead of 4

Page 111: Equation 2.99 should have a = sign

Page 112: The last term of Q_bar12 in Eqn 2.104 (b) should be s^4

Page 113: The term Sij on first line of the page should have a bar

Page 144: = sign in missing in sigma 1

Page 206: Equation 3.3a-c should have rho instead of r

Page 282: formula (3.76) should read as formula (3.171)

Page 313: 28. Shepery should read as 28. Shapery

Page 400:  I=1/12... not 1/2 in line 8 and line 17.

Page 402:  Footnote: 0.0004921 in. should read as 0.004921 in.
