Special thanks to Himanshu Gohel for adding a dissertation option and having the format approved by the Graduate School's manuscript consultant. Also, he's been doing most of the maintenance as of late. <Update: Himanshu has graduated and moved on to better things. His employer's web page can be found at http://www.playsouth.com/.>

More to come...

Lately we have been adding new features (as our time permits!) including a simple mechanism for the addition of lists (e.g., List of Programs) to the frontmatter, the capability to handle co-major professors, and automatic word counting of the abstract (with a warning if it exceeds 350). We'll try to keep the files updated, so be sure to download new versions as they become available, especially before you print your final copy.
