We act as designers and project managers and are the liaison between contractors and the College of Engineering. We maintain an inventory of floorplans for all eleven of the COE’s buildings and can answer most questions pertaining to construction, square footage or history. We are the focal point for Maintenance Work Requests, Space Impact Requests, and Building Access Controls System requests, and relocations for building occupants within the CoE.
We are also responsible for managing a comprehensive framework for all space allocation and reallocation decisions for the Coe in a way that promotes the advancement of the mission and the strategic priorities of the College.
