Florida has a very large number of invasive organisms of all kinds. However, ROBIOCON technology is not readily applicable to plant species (such as African Water Hyacinth, Brazilian Pepper, etc.), where chemical or mechanical controls are best suited. In cases where the alien invader is mobile and still present in limited numbers within the ecosystem, ROBIOCON measures can have an impact. |
